BLACKBURN Hawks leading scorer Andrew Dickson could miss out on this weekend's double bill of English Premier League action.
Hawks entertain Oxford tomorrow (face off 6pm) and visit Romford on Sunday.
The hot-shot Canadian hitman has struggled with a flu virus all week and hopes of a dramatic recovery remain slim.
Hawk's player-coach boss Bobby Haig has other members of his decimated squad grounded, with Jim Pennycook (back) and Matt Jones (leg) still struggling, but refuses to get into a flap.
"We're confident of taking all four points this weekend," he said. "We're unbeaten against both Oxford and Romford in the league this season, and despite our recent run of injuries the squad remains upbeat."
Full preview in tomorrow's Lancashire Evening Telegraph.
