A LANCASTER couple who ran "a corner shop supplying drugs" have both been jailed. Raymond Willis, 57, and girlfriend Kelly Forsyth, 24, of Fleet Green, admitted conspiracy to supply drugs.
Wallis was jailed for four years and Forsyth for 15 months at Preston Crown Court. Mother of two Shallane Forsyth, 19, of Aldrens Lane, was sentenced to six months and Dianne Forsyth, 28, of Harcourt Rd, Lancaster, was jailed for 12 months. The mother, Susan Forsyth, 46, was given a suspended sentence and her boyfriend, Raymond Dixon 42, of Whalley Rd, was jailed for 15 months. The court heard that the house in Fleet Green was used to sell drugs and another property in Whalley Road was used as a safe house for storage.
The family was caught in a police operation during which an undercover officer bought cannabis, cocaine and heroin.
Judge Townend told them the law set a stern face against anyone involved in the supply of drugs.
