POLICE seized a quantity of stolen goods after raiding two homes on the Polefield Estate in Prestwich.
Up to 15 plain clothes officers, involved in a joint operation between Whitefield and Prestwich townships, took part in the swoops.
They recovered a quantity of electrical and gardening equipment in the raids. A man and woman were arrested and quizzed before being bailed.
Prestwich-based PC Jed Sudworth said: "We are now trying to return the goods to their rightful owners."
Around 15 individual items were seized including a pedal bike, computer equipment, hi-fi goods and gardening items.
