AN inquest into the death of Parvez Hussain Shah, who died after being engulfed in flames at his Great Harwood home, has been adjourned indefinitely.
Coroner Andre Rebello said he had signed an order allowing the body of Mr Shah, 23, of Princess Street, to be returned to his family in Pakistan.
"A person has been charged with homicide as a result of the circumstances of this death and the criminal justice system will now take over the examination of the death," said Mr Rebello.
