PEOPLE who are dedicated to making Darwen a nicer place to live will share ideas at a special conference.
The event, which is targeted at community and voluntary sector workers, will take place at Sudellside Community Centre, Darwen, on Saturday, March 13 between 9.30am and 4pm.
It has been organised by Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council in conjunction with Blackburn and Darwen Council for Voluntary Service and Groundwork, Blackburn.
The aim of the day, which will feature guest speakers and workshops, is to enable groups and organisation to make new contacts, share ideas and experiences and also celebrate the good work that is being done.
