PUPILS from a Preston school visited Preston North End Football Club to research an article for their in-house newspaper.
Eight young news hounds from Frenchwood County Primary School toured the ground yesterday (February 24), for leads to make their front page.
Nick Dawson, PNE's assistant community officer, said: "The children toured the ground and enjoyed taking a look behind the scenes.
"They were allowed to see every aspect of the club, from the players' changing rooms to the board room.
"And we showed them the Tom Finney and Bill Shankly murals and helped give them an insight into how the club is run."
