FITNESS First has joined forces with the Citizen to offer one lucky reader full year's membership to the new Deepdale health club.
And in this competition, there's no losers!
Everyone entering will be eligible for a day pass to the Deepdale health club and all readers can take advantage of membership from just £21 per month - and won't have to pay the £100 joining fee.
The winner will get the chance to soak in a sauna, pound the treadmills and rowing machines or even just take home a video every day for a year.
The Fitness First centre is at the cutting edge of technology. Anyone using the cardio-vascular suite - that's the treadmills, rowing, step and cycling machines - can plug their headphones in and listen to one of several televisions while they exercise.
Or if you enjoy the easier aspects of getting fit, why not opt for a long soak in the jaccuzzi, followed by sessions in the sauna and steam room.
The gym is kitted out with the latest weights and those of us with a taste for high-energy exercise can take part in a variety of classes, from step aerobics to circuit training.
To be in with a chance of winning this superb prize, answer the following question: Where is Fitness First's Preston health centre based?
Write your answer on the back of a postcard or sealed down envelope, together with your name, address and telephone number, and send it to: Citizen Fitness Competition, 3 Winckley Court, Winckley Square, Preston PR1 3JJ, before March 5.
