A THRIVING Bury company will keep a right royal appointment at Buckingham Palace on Monday, March 1.
W. H. Tracey, which won a Queen's Award for Export Achievment last year, has been invited to attend a reception.
And representatives from the Bury firm will also rub shoulders with Prime Minister Tony Blair and the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, Stephen Byers.
W. H. Tracey, at John Street, Bury, exports baled and second hand clothing and footwear to Kenya, the Baltic States and Pakistan and has a market in Zambia.
The family-run business saw its export earnings more than double between 1995 and '97.
