RECENTLY I was driving in the Sutton area. In one of the side streets I was confronted with three boys who thought it was a huge joke to play 'chicken' in the traffic.
If a child is knocked over it is always seen as the driver's fault, in my experience, today it is obvious this is not always the case.
I suggest parents take a long hard look at the ever-increasing bunches of flowers that litter our highways indicating serious accidents, and instruct their children in the stupidity of their games - lest it be their child remembered by flowers.
