ON March 5 a private members bill aimed at putting an end to fur factory farming in the UK will get its second reading in the House of Commons.
Unfortunately, very few MP's are likely to attend that day and give it their support.
I ask all Citizen readers to contact their MP and urge him or her to give this important bill their vital support.
National polls show 75 per cent of British people are against the cruel and totally unnecessary practice which sees the slaughter of around 100,000 mink each year - just to gain their pelts for the fashion industry.
Please spare a few moments and help those who cannot help themselves.
