AFTER suffering a heart attack last August, I had a triple by-pass operation followed by a three-week stay in Blackpool Victoria Hospital.
The treatment and care I received was without doubt first-class. Following this, I attended a five-week rehabilitation course which I thoroughly enjoyed and was of great benefit to me.
My sincere and grateful thanks go to the surgeon, nurses and rehabilitation staff for their part in restoring me back to health.
In order to raise money for the hospital I am organising a concert of music, song and dance at St Aidans High School on March 26 at 7.30pm.
Admission will be £2.50 and tickets can be obtained from me on (01253) 811555, or pay on the door.
