AEROSPACE engineer Paul Graham has won awards for his work - but not from his employer!
Paul, a tooling manager, is based at British Aerospace at Samlesbury full time but is employed by one its suppliers, Technicut.
And he has been involved in three projects which have won BAe Chairman's Awards for Innovation. The nominations were for projects that included improving a drilling process and a better stock control system which reduced costs.
"Paul has made a significant contribution to improving the business alongside employees here," said Dave Wright, manufacturing manager for machining and treatments.
"This is an excellent example of a beneficial partnership and I am sure they will continue to come up with innovative ideas in the future."
