AFTER reading Neil Bramwell's column (LET, March 4) I had a good chuckle and gloat.
Bramwell is obviously of the United hating persuasion, which is put down by the Old Trafford faithful to jealousy - and we love it.
When opposing supporters are singing 'Stand-up if you hate Man U," we join in because, if anything, it is a compliment.
And if Bramwell can remember the World Cup, David Beckham was sent off before England lost.
Even if he had still been on the park, England would still have lost. They lost on penalties - with or without Beckham.
So to the hate Man U brigade, keep up the good work - we love it!
