EMPLOYERS in East Lancashire can pick up tips on how to transform their business - and how to beat the dinosaurs!
Author, lecturer and successful businessman Ken Lewis OBE will be speaking to local firms at the next ELTEC membership event being held at Turf Moor on March 15.
Mr Lewis, who turned round the fortunes of his Bedfordshire-based Dutton Engineering business, will talk about why companies must change, how to overcome barriers such as 'dinosaur' employees, teamworking and building partnerships.
"Apart from being a respected business author, Ken is also widely consulted by the DTI and industry because of his challenging views and considerable experience in the management of change," said Paul Heald of ELTEC.
Further details on the event can be obtained from Beverley Thorpe on 01254 301333.
