Clock Face Miners 14 Lunts Heath Lions 32 CLOCK Face had no answer to a devastating second half display from Lunts Heath as they ran in 22 unopposed points to secure a fine win.
The Widnes side opened the scoring in the first minute, when they gathered the ball straight from the kick-off to score between the posts.
Clock replied with a try from Lee Bolton, after a touchline break by Wayne Prescott. He passed inside to Bolton who touched down near the posts, but was fouled in doing so. Karl Walker tagged on the conversion plus the penalty.
Clock then increased their lead when Dean Barber broke away, passed to winger Karl Walker and his inside pass found David Hamilton in support, Walker added on the conversion, then just before half-time the visitors reduced the deficit with a try.
After the break, it was all one way, with Lunts Heath taking the lead in the second minute and never looking back after that, running in three more tries to give them a comfortable victory.
The Axess Communications man of the match for Clock was Steve Gerrard.

Clock gaver the league leaders an almighty scare after having a man sent off after only five minutes.
They led 6-4 at the break thanks to three penalties by S. James, but their only reward in the sceond period was another James penalty.
