CAROLE Cunningham hasn't got cold feet about launching her own business - even though it is a frozen food shop!
After managing a shop for a large company for ten years Carole decided she wanted to run her own venture.
She took part in the ELTEC business start-up programme and received advice from the Pendle Enterprise Trust before launching CJ Costcutters in Leeds Road, Nelson.
"I wanted a challenge and knew that I had all the experience required to deal with the day-to-day running of a shop," said Carole.
"The help from FirmBase has proved to be absolutely invaluable. I received expert advice from professional counsellors who I can still turn to with any worries or concerns about the business."
The business employs three staff in addition to Carole and her business partner Roy Jones.
