THE future of Blackburn Hawks coach Bobby Haig is in doubt after the ice hockey star admitted burglary.
Arena management are refusing to discuss the position of their player-boss after the Scot pleaded guilty to stealing £52 from a vets surgery at Blackburn magistrates.
It is understood Hawks officials are looking into the legal implications of any action that may be taken against Haig.
But it is unlikely that the Arena will want Haig to continue in a position of responsibility.
An Arena spokesman said Haig's position would be reviewed, along with that of other players, when the structure of the sport for next season is made clear.
