A TRAIN came within inches of disaster after hitting rocks left on the East Lancashire railway line near Rishton by hooligans.
The Colne-Blackpool train ploughed into the rocks, ripping off its fuel pipe. The 30 passengers were unhurt and the train limped into Rishton station.
