SPRING and summer are peak times for school trips, and for most of these, schools need transport.
So how about a T-reg, 16 seater top of the range American style school bus on loan for free?
We have joined forces with vehicle manufacturer LDV to offer the superb Convoy mini bus free of charge to any school in East Lancashire for day trips until the end of May. All schools need to provide is a driver, fuel, insurance, and, of course, pupils.
To borrow the bus for any educational, leisure or sporting visit, write to NIE School Bus, Newspapers in Education, Lancashire Evening Telegraph, High Street, Blackburn BB1 1HT, asking for a school bus booking form, or contact NIE co-ordinator Rita Shaw, telephone number 01254 678678, ex 255, or fax 01254 680429.
We will contact schools to confirm bookings, and no bookings can be guaranteed until they have been confirmed.
