LANDLORD Gerald Stott of the White Swan Hotel, Wheatley Lane Road, Fence, has applied for planning permission to transform the "Mucky Duck" as it is known in the area, from a pub into two houses. He has also applied for permission to turn the pub car park into three houses.
Both applications are set to be decided by the council's Barrowford and Western Parishes area committee in the next two or three months.
