A SPRING fair held at Pendle Community Hospital, Nelson, was one of hundreds of events across the country that marked the 50th anniversary of the National Association of the League of Friends.
The annual fair, organised by the Friends of Pendle Community Hospital, included a range of stalls, raffles, tombolas and an Easter Bonnet parade.
Among the first visitors was the Mayor of Pendle Councillor Colin Waite.
Organisers said the fair took £360 on its first day.
The money raised will be used to provide equipment and other items for patients.
