VILLAGE charity champion Edith Wilcock has stepped out for another dance success.
Edith, of Walthew Lane, Platt Bridge, organised the old time event at the Monaco Ballroom last month, and raised £700 for the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association.
It follows a successful buffet date last November, at the same venue, which she organised to help young leukaemia sufferers.
Now Edith's activities have switched closer to home.
She hopes to boost the St Nathaniel's "new" church and resource centre's £300,000 appeal fund with another buffet dance, to the music of Elizabeth Harrison, at the Monaco on April 10 at 7.45pm.
As well as old time, modern and popular sequence some line dancing has been included this time.
Admission is by ticket, costing £4.50 from Edith on 866092 or the Monaco Ballroom on 255138.
