FLEETWOOD High School pupils showed off their hedge-laying skills at Fylde Community Farm, in Poulton.
The demonstration was held to mark Wyre Partnership Against Crime's £500 donation towards the Countryside Stewardship Scheme.
Launched last year, the scheme is designed to give pupils the chance to gain experience of countryside management and develop conservation skills.
The course also opens up employment opportunities for pupils who decide against progressing to A levels.
