Garswood United 4 Pilkington 1 GARSWOOD collected three valuable points from this derby victory. But with six weeks of the season left, they must play 14 league games and are still involved in two cup competitions.
Pilks took the lead from the penalty spot, but Garswood equalised through Paul Hodgkinson's close-range effort.
Two goals either side of half-time by Barry Edwardson put Garswood firmly in the driving seat.
And Jimmy Woodyer put the issue beyond doubt with his 74th minute strike.
Man of the match was Bryan Griffiths.
