A SIGNED Blackburn Rovers shirt and football is up for grabs to the highest bidder at an auction.
The sale has been organised by the Blackburn group of the Prince's Trust Volunteers, to raise cash towards a week of day trips for disabled people.
Ten volunteers hope to take between 10 -12 disabled adults and their carers from the Stansfeld Centre in Blackburn, to various attractions, including the Sea Life Centre, Pleasure Beach and Tower World at Blackpool, the Science Museum in Manchester and Coronation Street at Granada Studios.
The volunteers need to raised more than £500 for the trips and are also doing a bike ride from Blackburn to Blackpool, and a sponsored swim to raise cash.
Bids are now being taken for the Rovers shirt and football. The minimum bids accepted are £100 for the shirt, and £50 for the football. To place your offer call Graham Cox on 01254 682896.
