CHARITY pub crawlers helped young Mark Lloyd set off to Philadelphia for vital treatment at the world famous Institute for the Achievement of Human Potential.
A sponsored fancy dress pub crawl and cabaret evening raised more than £800 to help send the youngster on his way.
The bonus came just in time for Mark, and his parents, of Belgrave Road, Darwen, as they left for the USA.
