CAN I urge anyone who has got an 'Easter bunny' to think long and hard about the responsibility they are taking on.
I take in an awful lot of unwanted and found rabbits, re-home what I can, and keep the rest as long as they live, which can be up to nine years or more.
Stray or dumped rabbits are on the increase. The slogan 'A rabbit is for life, not just for Easter,' should be taken on board.
