BANDS who want to help rock the park in Accrington's biggest music festival are being urged to send demo tapes to organisers.
Sound '99 will kick off in Oak Hill Park this summer and the cream of East Lancashire talent will take centre stage. Anyone who thinks they have what it takes can send a demo tape to Mid Pennine Arts, York Street, Burnley, BB11 1HD.
