ENFIELD'S new professional Dave Saker will miss the first three games of the Lancashire League cricket season.
And Lancashire all-rounder Mike Watkinson is favourite to fill the gap.
The Victorian, signed as a late replacement for World Cup choice Shane Lee, had already fixed his wedding in Australia for April 24, the weekend after the season starts.
"Obviously he cannot do anything about the clash and he'll miss the first three matches," said Enfield chairman Geoff Dixon.
"We have spoken to Mike Watkinson and he has agreed to act as substitute professional for those games, providing he is available and does not have county commitments."
