MAY I enhance my thoughts and feelings on the Kosovo situation and the results of ethnic cleansing, another name for rape, pillage, butchery and massacre of innocent men, women and children over the recent years.
It breaks my heart, as an elderly person, to see and hear accounts of these atrocities by so-called armed forces and police who I suppose think they are human beings.
To drive people out of their homes and take away their dignity is a terrible crime against humanity and yet people condone it when they stone the embassies of NATO countries.
People like Milosevic don't want peace. But what are the thoughts of the people of Yugoslavia? I say they could do something about the situation in their country.
These people who stone NATO embassies should do it to their own instead and oust these wicked leaders.
J WALKDEN (Mr), Park Road, Darwen.
