A MASSIVE "Wonderland" leisure complex on the site of a redundant power station was almost certain to go ahead.
The complex, covering 320 acres, and costing between £200 and £300 million, could create about 3,000 jobs.
Eddie Quiligotti was named as the man who aimed to breathe new life into the site at Huncoat.
