THEATRE fans may think they are seeing double this year.
Over at Tyldesley Little Theatre rehearsals are underway for the company's final play of the season . . . Neil Simon's "The Odd Couple".
And at St Joseph's Players auditions have just taken place for the Leigh company's September offering . . . Neil Simon's "The Odd Couple".
Happily, it's a double helping of superb playwright Neil Simon - but two different plays!
The Tyldesley version, directed by Ian Taylor (May 18-22), is the original classic quickfire comedy, made famous on film by Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau.
And the St Joseph's variety, directed by Doreen Johnson, is the newer female version.
