MIKE Hewitt has been appointed director of UK operations at Helmshore based Airtours Holidays.
Mike, 32, joined the firm in 1996 as head of business re-engineering and last year was promoted to the post of director of quality management.
Before joining Airtours he was a management consultant with Anderson Consulting.
