POLICE joined an MP in calling for parents to be more aware of the dangers their children faced from solvent abuse.
Hyndburn MP Ken Hargreaves was shocked when he saw evidence of glue-sniffing on a late-night tour of the Spring Hill area of Accrington.
He organised a meeting with police who considered taking steps to clamp down on the problem.
