ON a recent stroll through the LaGrange shopping arcade I was struck by the number of teenagers sitting on the seats near to British Home Stores.
I would say that 90 per cent of the seating was occupied by teenagers.
Now don't get me wrong, I am not complaining about this as long as they are behaving themselves which they were. But I wondered what the fellow who complained about pensioners dominating the seats in the Hardshaw Centre would say.
Then I thought, perhaps he would object no matter who occupied the seats, regardless of age.
