RISHTON have signed Australian Greg Dimery as substitute professional for Sunday's opening Lancashire League game at Rawtenstall.
Dimery, now resident in this country, is professional at Elton, near Bury, and played for Leigh last summer, scoring around 1300 runs and taking 90 wickets.
Lancashire's Paul Ridgway will be Enfield's substitute professional for their opening game against Bacup at Dill Hall Lane on Sunday.
He stands in for late signing Dave Saker, whose arrival has been delayed due to his pre-arranged wedding plans.
Enfield had agreed with Mike Watkinson to deputise if available but he has county commitments.
