ALTHOUGH Hull are the basment club, Super League leaders Saints will not bask in complacency when they bid to sink the Sharks at The Boulevard on Sunday, kick-off 3pm.

The present gulf between the sides could not be greater, with Saints having won all six games while Hull have suffered defeat in as many outings. But any trip to Humberside is a daunting prospect and Saints' coach Ellery Hanley will have his squad well prepared.

The Academy team defeated Sheffield 23-20 with tries being scored by John Braddish (2), James Hitchmough and Dave McConnell. Braddish also kicked three goals and Chris Dootson chipped in with a one-pointer. Saints travel to Hull on Sunday, kick-off 1pm.
