A BOOK which is produced each year by Blackburn with Darwen Council to offer youngsters advice has been revised to give it a more local feel.

The What Now book is produced by the council and the Youth Service and has advice on education, money, health, housing and benefits.

A new section has been included offering a list of local contacts and agencies working with young people in the borough.

Coun Simon Danczuk, chairman of the council's youth and adult training committee said: "The book contains vital information for young people and can help them to make fully informed decisions about the choices open to them.

"I am particularly pleased that the book now contains this local section, making it even more useful to the young people of the borough."
