THE East Lancashire Asian Arts Forum will hold an open day at the Mid Pennine Gallery, Yorkshire Street, Burnley, tomorrow.
The event from noon to 3pm will include textile arts demonstrations, traditional Asian music, food and celebration to promote their role as the arts agency for the Asian communities of Burnley, Pendle, Rossendale and Hyndburn.
Activities and events planned in association with Elaaf and local community groups will include "Mela Stage'' at Accrington Carnival in June; Rizwaan Muazam Qawaali Group performing traditional music at Colne Municipal Hall in July, Aaj Ki Aurat "Women of Today'' at the New Era Youth Centre, Accrington also in July and a Beauty of Kashmir exhibition and special events to be held in Nelson.
