STAFF at Preston's Tourist Information Centre, in the Guild Hall Arcade, got into the party mood of St George's Day by getting kitted out in waitress outfits.
Colleagues Brenda Atkinson and Carol Webster (pictured) offered a free cuppa and cakes to visitors at the Lancaster Road centre throughout Friday.
But their dressing up carried a serious message, aimed at publicising National Tourist Information Centre Week.
Tombola prizes were up for grabs, and St George's Day souvenirs on sale.
