Teams from Blackpool's Highfield High, who were overall senior winners, and Lytham St Annes High and Hodgson High in Poulton have spent the past three months in different Whitbread outlets, including Marriott Hotels, Pizza Huts, Beefeaters and Brewers Fayres, completing curriculum projects on catering, art, design and IT.
