AS I drive around the borough's patchwork quilt of a road system, I cannot help thinking that the material used for making the humps in Parkhills Road and Wellington Road would have been better used filling in pot-holes.
As a motorist who has to pay for repairs to my vehicle out of my own pocket, I also wonder how long its springs and shock-absorbers are going to last.
