ELDERLY residents living in sheltered accommodation in Preston celebrated its 25th anniversary with an open day.
Residents at Hargreaves Court, Ingol, displayed a variety of their artwork, including woollen goods, rugs, duvets and paintings, all made during their time at the home.
And Ingol and Tanterton Art Group complemented the pensioners' work with a display of their own.
The Royal British Legion - who opened the home on April 28, 1974 - held a party for residents, despite selling it to Housing 21 five years ago.
Gwen Shaw, who celebrated her 80th birthday last Thursday, is pictured with a variety of knitted figures that she has made over the years.
