A WORLD village under glass was set to rise from the hills of Huncoat.
The massive leisure centre, planned for the derelict site of Huncoat power station, with the delights of a Venetian summer, complete with canals and gondolas, Italian restaurants, hotels and authentic festivals would help make the complex the largest indoor holiday centre in Europe.
