Lancaster were restricted to 129-6 off their allotted 50 overs.
Their Pakistani professional Raj Hans contributed 36 and he was ably assisted by teenager Luke Phillips who also made 36.
Gulam Maje was Morecambe's most successful bowler, taking 3-31 off 16 overs.
Morecambe lost early wickets in reply, their opener Mark Woodhead and his captain Phil Thornton retrieved the situation.
The latter was trapped lbw by David Jolleys for 30, while Mark Woodhead was seventh out for an accomplished 63.
Morecambe's last pair, Gulam Maje and Peter Stephens, saw them home to victory.
Maje was undefeated with 8 and Stephens with 9.
Dave Jolleys returned the superb bowling analysis of 7 for 47 from 23 overs.
