GLAZEBURY CC scraped a one-wicket win at depleted Grange.
With skipper Gareth Banks and Stuart Caller each taking 4-14, Grange struggled to reach 90.
But Glazebury also struggled against some tight bowling, 21 extras being the decisive 'knock' as they won at 91-9.
The 2nd X1 game proved a one-sided affair with Grange bowled out for 42, Graham Harrop taking 6-29 and Frank Adams 2-14.
Glazebury openers Roger Davenport (25) and Alan Major (11) knocked off the runs before tea for a 10-wicket win at 51-0.
Glazebury U13s scored a 31-run win at Winstanley Park, Neil Jones hitting 25 and Andrew Calvert 12 not out in a total of 69-3.
That was too much for Park, who managed only 38-4 with Dean Standish taking two wickets and Andrew Potter and David Gibson one each.
Delighted team boss Peter Calvert said: "Most of the team played in last season's U11s and they have developed a team spirit which is showing through."
