WHEN Batman and Robin (Clinton and Blair) have ceased to clobber Serbia with bombs and missiles and a peace agreement comes into being, who will be responsible for the re-construction of Serbia's industrial infrastructure?
My guess is the European Union, which is the other side of the coin called NATO.
On the one side, we bash 'em, and on the other side we re-construct.
We must be mad to be a party to this idiocy!
