I HAVE spent a lot of time at Brandlesholme CP School. I am now in Year 5 and I have grown very attached to it. I am 10 years of age and every second of my learning has been fun.
We have always done all we can to help others, such as the RSPCA and the blind and we raised £40 for Comic Relief. Also the teachers have done their best but most of all Mr Young who bought 10 PCs for the computer room and two more for Class 3 and the nursery. We have got better toys, more books and Mr Shenton keeps the school spotless and the dinner ladies give us a really good choice of food and clean up afterwards.
I want to share my happiness with others but I can't if they knock my school down. And I will hardly see my best friends Louisa Etheridge, Belinda Ettles, Rachael Scott and Debra Wells because I live in Whitefield and they live in Bury. So please stop arguing about our school.
RUTH HARRISON, Billberry Close, Whitefield.
