Blackburn-based Scapa, Silentnight of Salterforth and Skillsgroup, which owns Acuma in Haslingden, are all in a strong position say Henry Cooke Lumsden in its latest report.
Crown Eyeglass of Blackburn is rated as a hold and Wolstenholme Rink of Darwen as worth buying for recovery.
