A LOCAL jazz band is looking for two new trombonists and a rhythm guitarist to join the group. The Jazzpack has been going since 1979 and plays a variety of well-known swing favourites as well as jazzed-up versions of modern pop music.

The band already has one trombone available which could be loaned to someone with the commitment needed to play in the group and guitarists will be required to perform chord and solo work.

Anyone interested should call into the drama studio on the top floor of the SmithKline Beecham Building in Water Street where the band rehearse every Tuesday evening from 7.30 to 9pm.
